Oh Lord Narasimha, you absolve us, your devotees from our sins (which are the root cause of all diseases). You know what need to be done (and we do not even know what is good for us). Your effulgence is ten thousand times (it is just indicative, which implies infinite times) the Sun during the Pralaya and all that we can do is just pray you and request you what ever is good for us and whatever need to be done, please do that. What it implies is asking the Lord to grant us the knowledge that we are asvatantra and You are svatantra and we will be better of leaving everything to You rather than making our own demands.
