nuggE = nugguvante = puDi mADuvante = powder or pulverize.
bALe = bALuvante = make one live [happily]
Oh Lord, pulverize the sins that I commit by hurting others and protect me. Oh Hari, thru meditation on You, may my life progress.
If the sins are committed by hurting good people, then we do not have even face to pray God to pulverize the sins. What is implied is if I hurt unknowingly, destroy those sins. Help me not to hurt good ones knowingly.

uNisi = by feeding (by making eat); umbadanE = by not eating.
It is well known quote (It comes in Mundakopanishad (also known as atharvopanishad) and also in Shvetashvataropanishad:

"Two birds reside in this body of Ashvattha tree, as inseparable friends. One of them keeps eating the fruits of this tree as if it is very tasty and the other does not eat any thing and is worry-free and blissful."
The Lord makes us eat the fruits of our actions and He does not eat any fruits (eternally blissful). He protects the jIva all the time.
odagi + ili = odagadante (ili means illadante) = making not happen.
Protect us by not letting us get into the grip of the six internal enemies (as listed in the prior posting).

tuppodu means sprinkling ; tuppire means 'if sprinkled'
karNa = ear.
ippe = irpe = iruve = I stay.
Protect those who sprinkle the Bharata episode in their ears. That means even if your devotees listen a small portion of Bharata (and by upalaxaNa, other itihasas and purANas, and more importantly the glories of the Lord), you protect them. I am living with the thought that the lotus-eyed Lord is the refuge and so protect me.

hesaru = name; hesara kAyi = save the name.
nAma meNisE kAyi = nAmam eNise kAyi = I count on your name and so protect.
You have to save Your name as "the greatest grace giver to Your devotees". This means that You are obliged to protect all Your devotees.
O Shri Adi Keshava, I am one of Your devotees, as I count on Your name only. Hence You got to protect me.
Taking this kind of liberty with the Lord is an indication of zealous devotion reaching its zenith and yet the acumen of poetic skill at its acme, with total surrender to the feet of the Lord.
