The literal meaning of the first stanza is that He will become a daasa meaning like daasa, He will be at our beck and call in our house full-filling all our desires, if we offer flowers to him. Huvu symbolizes bhakti and hullu taruva means that He will even do menial job of getting grass for animals meaning servant/dasaa. Any Dasarapada has at least three "Layers'' of meaning.

One is the obvious meaning many can guess. Second type is the purport aka intended meaning. Third is suxma amsha which has to be learnt from a qualified guru. If one question the literal meaning that He will become daasa to only those who bring flower, then it is answered by pointing out that He being the Lord and owner of Laxmi and by implication owner of everything, and doesn't need anything from anyone. He has no attachment to any material things and thus even a drop of water or Tulasi offered with bhakti is enough. Then the objection comes that all of us are offering daily pushpa, water with bhakti, why has He not answered our prayers?

A daasa by definition not only brings whatever we ask but stays always at our beck and call. So, how to believe this? Is there any evidence? This objection is answered by pointing out that during war, He became sarathy to Arjuna and took care of the horses by bringing grass and cleaning them like how a daasa would do. He will be at our beck and call if we show the bhakti that pandavas did. Pushpa here refers to hrudaya kamala. Kamala grows in dirty water so also our hrudaya kamala is immersed in samsara saagara. Like kamala that doesn't cling to dirty water, we also should not get too attached to samsara. Kamala always looks up to the sun, so also we should look up to Surya narayana and offer this hrutkamala pushpa called bhakti to Him. The drop of water refers to karma that we do keeping our mind in God.

Tulasi refers to the knowledge that none is equal to Him as He is sarvottama. The final question is it is easy to say to do bhakti, but how to do this kind of bhakti ?

For that, the answer is that make your hrudaya as pandavara mane. Pandavas represent 17 virtues.

Dharma raja = represents dharma. Not only Knowing right and wrong but being on the side of righteousness. We see how when a "helpless women" Draupadi was put to hardship, not only kauravas got destroyed but even good people like Bhishma, Drona, Karna suffered as Krishna always stands on the side of dharma. If we support adharma, we will never get real bhakti. Without bhakti, Krishna will never come to our hrudaya. Similarly,

Arjuna represents shravana, manana, dhyaana.
Nakula = characterSahadeva= vinaya.
Bhima represents 10 great ones pertaining to jnana.--- jnana, bhakti, vairagya, prajna, medha, dhruti, sthiti, yoga, praana, deha bala. Bharati stands for vidya.
